Daphne Sullivan joined Stevens & Sullivan, LLC in 2017. She began practicing law in 2003 with a focus on disability law, and she brought that experience to the firm’s VA work: developing claims at the agency level and handling appeals, including hearings.
She assists veterans whose files need a stronger medical record, a clearer path to service connection, or careful development before the VA. Treatment history, work limits, and how a condition affects daily life are the facts she uses to build the claim.
Daphne grew up in a military family. Her father served in the United States Army, and she understands the strain veterans and their families feel while a claim or appeal is pending. That background still shapes how she works with clients: careful with the file, direct about the process, and respectful of what service members and their families have already been through.
